Dance Instructor - Poms Team
Function
The Poms Dance Instructor is responsible for the planning, instruction, choreography and supervision of participants within the Lombard Poms dace program.
Responsibilities
Supervising and instructing children grades K - 5 through a poms routine by developing skill appropriate lesson plans and coordinating and choreographing a routine that adheres to Illinois Park District Gymnastics Conference Guidelines.
Education
At least 18 years of age, preferred Bachelors or Associates in Performing Arts-Dance, or 5 years progressive dance experience. Experience in choreography desired, but not mandatory.
Hours
2 - 3 hours a week leading weekly practices from September to May. Occasional Saturdays or Sundays between January and April for competitions. Additional hours preparing practice plans and routines will likely be required.

Voice Instructor
Function
Provide voice instruction to approximately 10 adult age participants.
Education
Degree or background in music is mandatory.
