Lombard Lagoon 430 Marcus Avenue Features 10-foot windows and high ceilings with view of the lagoon. Offers air-conditioning and a kitchen, and accommodates 50 for dinner and 85 for a meeting. Alcohol is not permitted. A security deposit is due two weeks prior to the day of rental and will be refunded pending a post rental damage and missing property inspection. Rental Prices
Historic Log Cabin Main St. and 16th St. in Four Seasons Located at Four Seasons, this facility features a small kitchen, fireplace and air-conditioning. It accommodates 75 for a meeting and 50 for dinner or overnight. Alcohol is not permitted. A security deposit is due two weeks prior to the day of rental and will be refunded pending a post rental damage and missing property inspection. Rental Prices
Lombard Community Building 433 E St. Charles Rd. This facility features a lobby, two separate rooms of different sizes, a kitchen and air-conditioning. Alcohol permits available. Room 1 accommodates 150 for dinner, 175 for a meeting. Room 2 accommodates 50 for a meeting and 25 for dinner. A security deposit is due two weeks prior to the day of rental and will be refunded pending a post rental damage and missing property inspection. Rental Prices
Lombard Party Wagon The Lombard Party Wagon, which include ten tables, 100 chairs, a large charcoal grill, and a sound system, is available to residents of Lombard and the Lombard Park District on a limited basis of one time per location per year. Paradise Bay Water Park 437 E. St. Charles Rd. Paradise Bay Water Park, which is adjacent to the Lombard Community Building is available for private rentals on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. Western Acres Golf Course Clubhouse 2400 W. Butterfield Rd. The clubhouse offers a large room and bar with a view of the golf course. Space is available November through March, weather permitting. Alcohol permits are available. The space accommodates 60 people. Picnic Sites & Shelters The sheltered and nonsheltered picnic locations are perfect for a get-together or company picnic! These well-maintained sites have scenic views of the parks, and all shelters are ADA-compliant. Alcohol is not permitted. Garden Plots Madison Meadow Garden plots are approximately 20’ x 40’. Open registration begins in March. Plots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Fees are $36 for residents and $55 for nonresidents. The gardening season begins in April, weather permitting. Renters are responsible for the upkeep of the plot.
