MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Our newly renovated Fitness Center includes a variety of equipment, including treadmills, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, stairmaster, Cybex weight machines, and free weights. Individual showers are available for member’s use. Exercise your way to a healthier, happier you! Work out in a convenient, friendly environment! Sunset Knoll Fitness Center offers the following benefits for members.

Fitness Center Orientation
Learn how to use the fitness equipment in a small group setting from personal trainers. They will demonstrate cardiovascular and weight training equipment and discuss ways to ensure a safe and effective workout. Please wear workout clothes. Minimum age is 15, unless with a parent or guardian.
